Incarnation Crosses by Profile

Incarnation Crosses by Profile is Ra Uru Hu's reference for the life's work: an ebook in four volumes, about 1,200 pages, one volume for each quarter of the wheel: Initiation, Civilization, Duality and Mutation. In each volume Ra goes cross by cross through the quarter and gives a description for every profile, every public role, that can carry that cross. It is the reference I point analysts to when they start giving cross readings, and at that size I use it one cross at a time.

The profile matters this much for a mechanical reason. The angle of a cross comes from the profile: seven profiles live the Right Angle crosses, the 4/1 alone lives the Juxtaposition crosses, and the four Left Angle profiles live the Left Angle crosses. Within an angle, the cross stays the same while the costume changes, so two people carrying the same Right Angle cross with different profiles come at one purpose from different places, and these volumes describe each version.

They are reference books, and I teach them that way. In my Level III incarnation cross class the books carry the material on the crosses and class time goes to practice, because reading about a cross and analyzing one are different skills. I ask students never to lift a paragraph and read it to a client. The analyst's work is synthesis: the four arms of the cross, the profile, the nodes and the rest of the design woven into one picture of one person. Timing matters as much for self-study as it does for a client. An Incarnation Cross reading comes after someone has lived their Strategy and Authority for a good while, and I use about three and a half years as the guide. Go into these books too early and the mind grabs the life's work and runs with it. Go in once the experiment is under way and they become one of the most detailed references in the system on what you are here to do.
