Refund policy
Live certification classes: 14-Day Fit Guarantee
Complete the First Arc (finished with everything before and including all Module 1 lessons) and attend two live sessions within your first 14 days. If it's not the right fit, request a full refund: no questions asked.
The First Arc means everything up to and including all Module 1 lessons. Both conditions, the First Arc and two live sessions, need to be met inside the first 14 days for the guarantee to apply.
All other sales are final
This includes the $37 personalized report, self-paced courses, recorded material, and any digital product that is not a live certification class.
Requesting a refund
Write to us through the contact form within your first 14 days. We'll confirm your First Arc progress and session attendance and process it from there.
Auditing or retaking a course
If you've already completed a course, you're welcome to take it again at a reduced price:
- 50% off if you originally took it with another teacher
- 75% off if you originally took it with LaVeena B. Archers, PhD
This applies to any course in the catalog. Write to us through the contact form and tell us which course you'd like to audit, which one you already completed, who taught it, and roughly when: we'll confirm your rate from there.
Ra library credit toward Analyst Training
If you’ve bought Ra Uru Hu recordings on the Analyst study path from the Jovian Archive, what you paid for them comes off Analyst Training Level I or Lifeline Analyst Mentoring, dollar for dollar, up to $500 off Level I or $900 off Lifeline.
- Only the recordings listed on the Analyst study path count, bought at any time and through any link.
- One credit per student. Recordings that were returned or refunded don’t count.
- It doesn’t combine with any other discount or code. If another offer is worth more to you, use that one instead.
- Ask before you enroll. The credit comes as a private, single-use checkout link with the credit already taken off the price, so it can’t be applied to a payment already made.
Claim it on the Analyst study path page with the email you used at the Jovian Archive and your order numbers. We look those orders up in the Jovian Archive’s store to confirm what you paid, keep only the order numbers, and email your checkout link to the address on the order. If an order can’t be found there, write to us through the contact form and we’ll check it by hand.
Cancellation & scheduling
Live readings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session through the contact form. Written and recorded analyses are delivered after birth data is confirmed; the timeframe for each is stated on its own page.
Neutrino News subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly with no contract. To cancel, reach out through the contact form before your renewal date and it's stopped, no questions asked. You keep access through the period you've already paid for, and canceling stops future billing rather than refunding past charges.
Withdrawing from a live certification class inside the 14-Day Fit Guarantee is covered under the refund policy above. Outside that window, enrollment is final.
Course access
Courses, community, and live certification programs are delivered on Mighty Networks at humandesign.live, which is a separate platform from this website. Access is tied to the email address used at enrollment.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to deliver what you asked for: your email address for anything you sign up to receive, and your birth date, time, and place when you request a chart or a reading. That data is the calculation, so there is no way to produce a chart without it.
We use a small number of processors to run the business: Stripe for payments, Resend and Kit for email, Mighty Networks for course delivery, Maia Mechanics for chart calculation, and Anthropic for the support chat described below. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond what those services need to function.
Cookies
We set no advertising cookies and nothing here is shared with an ad network. Your theme choice is stored in your own browser and never leaves it, and the hosting layer may set a strictly necessary cookie for security.
One more, and only if you arrive on a referral link. Some practitioners and past clients refer people to this work and are paid a commission for it, described at /affiliates. If you follow one of their links we store the referrer's code in your browser for 60 days, so that if you buy something we know who to pay. It holds a short code and nothing else: no name, no email, no record of what you read. It is never shared. If you did not arrive on a referral link it is never set. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time; nothing stops working if you do, beyond the person who referred you not being credited.
Chart calculation
Charts on this site are calculated by Maia Mechanics, the professional Human Design chart software. When you generate a chart, the birth date, time, and place you enter are sent to Maia Mechanics to run the calculation and produce your BodyGraph. We use them because the calculation is the authentic one rather than an approximation, and that accuracy is the whole point of the tool.
We do not send your name or email address along with a chart request, so the birth data that leaves this site is not attached to your identity on their side. If you also join our email list, your email is stored with us and our email providers, not with the calculation.
The support chat
The chat widget on this site is an AI assistant. It answers from our published material and hands anything else to a person. What you type is sent to Anthropic to generate the reply, and your conversation stays in your browser for the session: we don't build a profile from it.
If the assistant passes your question to a human, the conversation is emailed to our support inbox so someone can pick it up without asking you to repeat yourself. Please don't type card numbers or passwords into the chat; nobody at ICONIC will ever ask you for them there.
The assistant does not interpret personal charts, decide certification or credentialing questions, or approve refunds. Those always go to a person.

This website and everything sold on it are operated by ICONIC Human Design, LLC, a United States limited liability company. Every product page states what is included and its price in US dollars before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal on their secure checkout pages; your card details never touch our servers.
