If you already point people toward Human Design, this pays you for the referrals you were making anyway. Your people get 15% off their reading. You get 20% of what they pay, on every one that closes. If you trained here, you can also earn on the students you send to the trainings themselves.

20% of what the customer actually pays after their 15% discount, and after sales tax comes out. Your commission follows the sale, not the price tag. We do not deduct card fees from it.
Every reading below pays 20%. Above $997 the rate steps down in slices, the way tax bands work, so a larger sale always pays you more; a $1,497 mentorship pays $259.40, a $3,997 program $559.40. The full table is in the agreement.
If a sale is refunded after we have paid you, the difference comes off your next statement. We will never send you an invoice, and if you never refer another sale we write it off rather than chase you.

You can earn on the students you send us.
This half of the program is open to certified LYD Guides, Analysts, and current students, and to nobody else. What you say about entry into this lineage carries weight because you have been through it, and that is the same reason we will not hand it to a stranger with a link. If you have trained here, apply and say so.
There is no customer discount on this side, and no code. Entry into a year of work is priced where it is on purpose, and we would rather pay you on the whole amount than shave the price of getting in. Your commission is worked out on what actually settles, which is why we can pay it at all.

The rate falls in slices as the price rises, the way tax bands do, so a bigger enrollment always pays you more than a smaller one while the percentage comes down. The first $997 of any sale pays 20%, and the agreement carries the full table.
Introduce, do not sell.
Prerequisites, suitability, and whether someone is ready for a year of work are our conversation to have, and we would rather turn a person away than take their money for the wrong training. So send them to us and tell us their name in writing before their first call. You are credited for 90 days from that message however the tracking lands, and you are paid the same as if they had clicked a link. Talking someone into a training is the part we are asking you not to do.
Two things stay out whoever refers them: Lifeline mentoring and HD Professional on its own. Mentoring runs one to one and can be ended at any point, so there is no honest moment to call the fee settled, and HD Professional already comes free with every certification enrollment bought online.

Get your link
If approved, we send you your own referral link and a discount code to go with it. Both credit you; the link does it without anyone having to remember anything.
Share it
Send people to the reading that fits them. Anyone arriving on your link is credited to you for 60 days, however they end up paying. If you would rather give them a code to type, they get 15% off a reading with it. On the trainings there is no code and no discount; the link and a name sent to us are what credit you.
Get paid
We pay on the 15th of the month after the sale, once the 30-day window for refunds has passed.

- Your link does the work. The code is a backup.

Anyone who arrives on your link is credited to you for 60 days, whether they pay by card,
Apple Pay, or PayPal. The code is there for the places a link cannot go: spoken on a
podcast, or read aloud in a workshop.
What will not track, so you hear it from us: someone who clears their cookies, or reads on their phone and buys on their laptop. And if a reader clicks another affiliate's link after yours, the later click wins. If you close someone in conversation, tell us their name before their first call with us, we will credit it for 90 days regardless of what the tracking says. - You have to tell people you earn from this.

US law treats you as an endorser and your commission as something your audience is
entitled to know about. One line in your own voice, next to the recommendation, is
enough: "I earn a commission if you book through my link." It has to be visible
without tapping "more", and said out loud in video and audio rather than left in the
description. "#affiliate" or a line in your bio is not enough on its own.

Every approved affiliate earns on readings, and on the business programs on our sister
site. The trainings are the narrower half: certification and the Living Your Design
courses pay a commission to certified Guides, Analysts, and current students, and to
nobody else. That line is about who is speaking rather than about the money. Someone who
has been through the training knows what they are sending a person into.
Either way, the fit conversation is ours to have. Send us a name and we will take it from there, and you are credited for 90 days from the message. If you have not trained with us and someone asks you about certification, send them to us anyway; we would rather that than have anyone sold into a training that is wrong for them. What the trainings pay. - We approve every affiliate by hand.
- This is not an instant signup. We read applications and we say no to some of them. That is deliberate: what you say about Human Design reflects on the lineage this school teaches, and we would rather have ten people we trust than a hundred we do not.
- What will get you removed.
- Running paid ads on our name or brand terms, promising specific life outcomes or income from a reading, or presenting yourself as speaking for ICONIC Human Design Education, Jovian Archive, or IHDS. Refer people because you genuinely think the work would help them.
- When you get paid.
- On the 15th of the month following the sale, after the 30-day window for refunds and chargebacks has closed. We will send you the list of what you are being paid for.
Tell us who you are.
There is no minimum audience size. A certified Guide with forty engaged clients is worth more to us than a large account that posts generic chart content. Tell us honestly how you would share the work and we will read it properly.
