- This is not paid work.
- No wages, no guaranteed hours, no dashboard tracking your referrals. If compensation matters to you, apply to the Affiliate Program instead; it pays a flat fee on referred readings.
- What is off-limits.
- You are not authorized to give someone their own chart reading, make certification or Board judgments, or respond on our behalf to someone in distress. Send those straight to us. Share what you have learned; do not speak as if you represent ICONIC Human Design Education, Jovian Archive, or IHDS.
- We still read every sign-up.
- There is no money on the line here, so the bar is lower than the Affiliate program, but you are still speaking for the school in your community. We want to know who you are before you do.
- Certification, mentoring, and HD Professional (previously Coach By Design).
- If someone asks you about those, do not try to explain the terms yourself. Send them to Certification or Contact and let us have that conversation directly.
