This is Ra Uru Hu making his case — not gently, but directly — for what the Manifestor actually is and what the world has done with them. Manifestor Manifesto is as close to a declaration as Ra gets: a statement of Manifestor identity, mechanics, and rightful place in the world.
Manifestors make up only 8–9% of humanity, yet for most of human history they were the ones who changed things — who initiated new directions, started movements, opened territory that others could then develop and sustain. The Generator era (the past several thousand years) conditioned Manifestors heavily — the child who acts without explaining, who doesn't naturally ask permission, who shuts others out with their aura, had that drive systematically broken by well-meaning adults and institutions built for a different Type.
Ra's Manifesto is, in part, a reclamation — giving Manifestors back the language and mechanical understanding to see their own nature clearly and operate from it consciously. The informing strategy is not about asking permission; it's about neutralizing the resistance that the closed aura inevitably generates, creating smooth initiation instead of opposition.
