The Rave History Series is that context.

This complete series comprises Ra Uru Hu's foundational transmissions on the arc of history that has brought us to the present threshold: the period of 1781 to 2027, which Ra called the Plutonic Interregnum — a 246-year window of Plutonian conditioning that has shaped the entire modern era of Homo sapiens. Within this window, the species has been prepared — often unknowingly, often violently — for a profound biological and conscious mutation.
