A transit conditions wherever you have openness: most simply an entire Center that's undefined in your own chart, but an open gate or channel inside an otherwise defined Center picks it up too. Defined, with the gate itself activated, runs its own steady theme regardless of what the sky is doing.
Throat
An undefined Throat has no consistent voice of its own; how you speak changes with the company you keep. The conditioning theme is trying to attract attention: talking to be noticed, interrupting, or acting under pressure to prove you exist. Healthy, the undefined Throat waits to be invited into conversation and can become a gifted, versatile communicator.
Sacral
An undefined Sacral has no consistent life-force energy of its own. It borrows and amplifies Sacral energy from others, which feels energizing in the moment but isn't sustainable. Undefined Sacrals (Projectors, Manifestors, Reflectors) can outwork Generators in bursts and then crash. The classic conditioning is not knowing when enough is enough: overworking, overeating, overcommitting.

Proximity does the work today. Gate 20 line 4 times its presence to the people around it, speaking or acting now because now is when it helps, and Gate 34 line 4 knows that a victory only counts if it doesn’t create the next war. Sun in one, Earth in the other, and something near 70% of the field you are standing in.
The fourth line of 20-34 is presence calibrated to whoever is close enough to be affected by it right now, never presence in isolation. The closest finish in the history of a race decided this way, one car’s position relative to another at the exact instant that mattered, is the fourth line’s whole logic made literal: the win existed only in relation to who was near.
Timing that depends entirely on proximity is today’s texture. What you say or do lands because of who is standing next to you when you do it, not because of some abstract merit that would carry the same weight anywhere. That is exactly what the fourth line specializes in: help, or victory, delivered because you were positioned to give it.
A win that leaves the field it was won in worse off is the trap. Gate 34’s fourth line insists the victory only counts if it doesn’t create the next fight, and the correction is to notice whether what you gained today came at a cost someone nearby will have to answer for tomorrow.
The transit also completes 17-62 again today, opinion still being tested against accumulated fact. Spirit and intimacy hold their long position at 55.5 and 59.5, and the Moon closes out Gate 40 at line 6, an old bargain finally walked away from once it was broken beyond repair.
