Gate 16 line 4 spreads its skill through the people already around it, influence carried on existing goodwill rather than won cold, and Gate 9 line 4 knows which relationships are worth its concentrated attention and invests there instead of everywhere at once. Sun and Earth between them carry about 70% of today’s field.
Gate 16 is talent that wants an audience, enthusiasm that is genuinely infectious once it has people around it who already trust it. Gate 9 is the sacral gift for sustained, specific focus. On the fourth line, both stop working in isolation and start working through networks: friendships, alliances, standing relationships that carry opportunity further and faster than an open pitch ever could.
