The Transitional Form

Here is the position we are actually in, and it is more specific than “humanity is evolving.”

We are not the seven-centered being. That form is gone, and the last people born into it died in the nineteenth century. We are also not the finished nine-centered being. Ra called what we are Homo sapiens in transitus, a transitional form, and meant it as a technical description rather than a flourish.

The nine-centered structure is complete on the page. All nine centers are there in every chart. The being running that structure has not caught up to it.

The Solar Plexus is the unfinished part

The clearest example, and the one you can feel, is the Solar Plexus.

Chapter Four noted that it is both a motor and an awareness center. In the completed nine-centered being, it is meant to be awareness: a settled, reliable emotional knowing, the way the Spleen is a settled instinctual knowing. That is not where it is yet. Right now it runs mostly as motor, as force, as a wave that moves through you and carries you with it.

This is why emotional clarity feels like something you wait for instead of something you have. For people with a defined Solar Plexus there is no such thing as truth in the moment, because the moment is somewhere on a wave. Clarity arrives over time, once the wave has been allowed to move. That is inconvenient, and it is also the accurate description of equipment that is halfway built.

If you have been treating that as a personal deficiency, it is not. It is the species’ current construction status showing up in your week.

Why the mind still runs the show

The other visible symptom of being transitional is that the mind is still in charge for most people, even though it is not the thing living this life.

Your body is doing that. The personality, the part of you that says “I”, is closer to a passenger than a driver. It observes, comments, takes credit, and does very little of the actual work of being alive. That sounds diminishing until you sit with it, and then it starts to sound like relief.

There is a detail here worth slowing down for. Your personality and your design are not two separate people you are choosing between. Ra described them as a binary, and one plus one does not make two in this case, it makes a third thing. You never know your personality alone or your design alone. You only ever know the combination, in the same way you never quite know your own nature apart from someone you are close to, only the thing the two of you become in each other’s company.

This is why “follow your mind” and “follow your body” are not two equally reasonable options. The mind changes constantly, with transits, with cycles, with whoever walked into the room. The design side of that binary holds steady for your whole life. When people say your decision-making strategy never changes, that is the mechanical reason.

What 2027 does and does not mean

The teaching gives 2027 as the date the current global cycle completes and a new one begins. That is a real subject and it has its own page here.

What it is not is a prediction about you. The cycle describes what is running collectively, which is observable, checkable, and visible in the institutions currently failing on schedule. It says nothing about your outcome.

Keeping those two apart is most of the skill. The program is not your life.

The practical upshot

You have nine-centered equipment, partly unfinished, running inherited seven-centered instructions. That is the whole diagnosis.
