Health & The Body

Your DNA Has a Health Manual: Here's How to Read It

The replay of my Six Pillars of Health webinar, plus the part the written guide couldn't carry: two certified analysts describing what their own Variable feels like from the inside, and the six-pillar audit I ran live.

I taught the Six Pillars of Health live in late August, and the recording is above. The written version of the map is already here on the site as The Six Pillars of Health, and I’d read that one for the structure. This piece is for what the written guide couldn’t carry: three of us who have been in this experiment for years sitting together and describing, out loud, what these mechanics feel like from the inside of a real body.

Two of the analysts on my team joined me. Melanie is what we call a quad right, four right-pointing arrows across the top of her bodygraph. Nariah is a quad left, four left-pointing arrows. I sit between them, mostly left. Watching three people with the same Type and three different genetic operating instructions compare notes is the fastest way I know to make the point that generic health advice was never going to work.

The arrow that decides whether a diet plan helps you or hurts you

Look down at your own chart, at the top left arrow above the bodygraph, on the red Design side. It points left or right. That arrow is your Determination, and it comes from your Design Sun and Earth, the activations that map most directly onto your brain and nervous system.

A left arrow is an active brain. It runs hot, it burns through fuel organizing and connecting and strategizing, and it needs regular food. Ra taught three square meals for this design and no going hungry, because when the fuel drops, your specific cognition drops with it. Nariah described exactly that on the call: small amounts through the day rather than two or three large meals, and a clear tell when she has gone too long, where the work stops landing and her hands start to shake. She has also noticed that the further into her deconditioning she gets, the harder her body resists extended fasting, which it used to tolerate.

A right arrow is a passive brain. It runs cooler and needs meaningfully less food to run well. Melanie eats lightly through the middle of the day and takes her real meal in the evening, and the thing she pointed at was consistency: her brain keeps braining across stretches where a left design would have gone offline. I’m the same. I don’t get hungry before lunch, a few bites of protein and fat does me, and I do my clearest thinking on an empty stomach. Anyone else with a right arrow who got told as a child that they ate like a baby bird will recognize the shape of that.

This is why the same protocol transforms one person and wrecks another. The “eat every few hours” rule that keeps an active design sharp will overfeed a passive one. Ra’s phrase for an overfed right brain was fat brain, and it isn’t flattering, but it names the cost accurately: digestion pulls resources, and a passive design that’s been stuffed loses the clarity it was built for.

Two field notes from the live session that people wrote down. First, hot drinks. Anything above body temperature stimulates brain activity, so if you’re a left design walking into a meeting with no appetite, a hot drink will do some of the work food would have done. Second, portions take about twenty minutes to register, so stopping before you feel full is arithmetic rather than deprivation.

Your cognition is the read-out

Here is the part I want you to experiment with this week. You don’t have to take my word for whether you’re eating correctly. Your sensory capacity will tell you.

Your cognition sits in the same layer of the chart: smell, taste, outer vision, inner vision, feeling, touch. It’s the sense your awareness runs through, and it’s the first thing to dull when the brain underneath it is wrongly fuelled. So use it as an instrument. If you’re a right design and you overate, watch what happens to your particular sense over the next few hours. If you’re a left design and you skipped lunch, watch the same thing. The thing to watch is the specific channel your awareness comes in on, and whether it has gone fuzzy.

I’ve written more about that layer in cognition and the five senses. This is one of the few places in the system where you can run a same-day experiment and get a same-day answer.

Environment is a longevity question

The Nodes are what I call the breath of life. They’re your developmental stages, and they run your Environment, which is the set of external conditions your body was built to operate correctly inside of. The first half of life you’re breathing life experience in. The second half you’re exhaling it back out as whatever you’re here to give. The turn sits somewhere around thirty-eight to forty-four depending on the design.

Most people don’t feel Environment as urgent until around thirty, and then it becomes loud. Melanie’s whole life reorganized around a move at her Saturn Return. Nariah spent years pulled toward mountain country, in a design whose environment is mountains, without ever moving there. She waited for an invitation that hasn’t come yet, and in the meantime she has chosen the higher floor of every building she’s lived in. That’s the piece people miss. Environment deconstructs. You can take the high road figuratively as well as literally, and a second-storey view over a yard is a real answer to a mountain design. There’s more on this in environment and where to live.

Perspective and Motivation, from two people who live at the extremes

Perspective is the bottom right arrow, and it frames how your attention itself is shaped before you ever get to the content of what you’re looking at. Melanie is peripheral, wide and contextual, and she named something I want more people to hear: her distraction isn’t a failure of discipline. Catching herself pulled off is how she recognizes the difference between what she’s here to see and what she isn’t, and coming back is the whole mechanic. Nariah is focused, and she described going down a hole to the root of a thing so completely that nothing outside the view exists. I’m focused too, which is why I have missed an entire chat window scrolling past while someone typed at me.

Motivation is the top right arrow, the Personality Sun and Earth, and it describes the mind’s operating mode. A left arrow is strategic, a planning mind that’s at its best figuring things out for other people. A right arrow is receptive, a mind that works as a resource and doesn’t always know where the material comes from. Melanie carried years of pressure about remembering things before she understood that a receptive design takes in at depth and gives it back when someone present pulls it out of her. Our culture rewards the strategic mode and shames the receptive one, and a lot of receptive people have spent decades thinking something was broken. See the six motivation keynotes and perspective and how you see the world for the full spectrums.

The audit I ran live, in six numbers

Do this now, on paper, so you can look back at it in three months. Score each one from one to ten:

  1. Nutrition. Are you nourished, or does your bloodwork keep flagging the same deficiencies?
  2. Sleep. Not hours in bed. Restoration.
  3. Movement. Regular, and the kind your design generates energy from rather than the kind that depletes it.
  4. Stress. If you’re following your Strategy and experimenting with your own Authority, this number should be improving. Ra’s promise was seven years to a body that carries less stress than it used to.
  5. Supplements. Do you know what yours are, how much, and when, or are you running someone else’s protocol?
  6. Mindset. The not-self loop. Mine used to be “I can’t do anything right and nobody loves me,” on repeat, every time I cried. That mantra is gone.

Now find the lowest number and start there. If movement came in under five, your homework is embarrassingly simple: put music on and dance. We do it in the kitchen most mornings. If stress came in high while you’re following your Strategy, that’s the signal that the next layer of specificity is what’s missing, which is the whole reason this material exists.

Who is in your aura while you eat, sleep and work

Your body is not fixed, and it is not sealed. This is the piece that gets underrated. If you have an undefined Sacral, so Projectors, Manifestors and Reflectors, be careful who you eat next to. Sit down with a table of hungry Generators and you will amplify their hunger and eat past your own signal without noticing. The person you sleep beside affects your hormonal balance. The work environment you sit in all day conditions your immune response. I picked up a teacher’s cold from a class years ago, and when I worked as a massage therapist I carried other people’s material home constantly.

None of that is mystical. It’s aura mechanics doing what aura mechanics do, and it belongs in a health conversation as much as macronutrients do.

Where this goes next: codon mapping

The layer under the six pillars is codon mapping. The sixty-four gates of the mandala correspond to the sixty-four genetic codes that build the amino acid chains of our biology, and each codon family groups gates by biochemical and behavioral function. Ra described the gates as quantum archetypes. What differentiates you from me is which of those codes were activated by planetary imprinting at your birth and about three months before it.

I’ve had moments with this in practice that keep me studying it. One client came to me with debilitating vertigo she’d been carrying for years. Working through her Variable mapping, I found a Color dissonant from her Sun and Earth, looked up the amino acid the corresponding codon prints for, and it was glycine, which I already had on my own counter. She was vegan, with a body asking for more protein than that was giving her. She tried it, and within a week the vertigo had settled. I’m not offering that as a protocol, and one case is one case. I’m offering it as the reason I want to study this properly rather than leave it in the theory pile.

Why the birth time has to be right

I closed the live session with a chart, and it was Dolly Parton’s. She had died the week before, and I’d been geeking out on her life for days. I’ve written that one up separately in In Memory of Dolly Parton.

For our purposes here, her chart makes one point better than any teaching example I could invent. Her father recalled 3:00 AM and she repeated that in interviews. The AA-rated record says 8:25 PM. Across a seventeen-hour spread, her Type and her Sacral Authority hold steady. Her Variable does not. The four arrows, the Color and Tone underneath them, the whole health layer this article is about, all of it moves.

So before you take any of this into your own body: get your birth time as precise as you can. Sometimes seven minutes changes a Tone. I don’t work at this level with anyone who hasn’t nailed their time down or had it rectified properly. My birth time page walks through the options, and you can run your chart free on the chart page.

Why this lands harder going into 2027

I don’t teach the pillars as a wellness checklist. They sit inside the larger movement I keep tracking on the 2027 page: the Cross of Planning giving way to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, tribal structures of support giving way to individual self-empowerment. You can watch it in every pillar at once. Environment moving from dense cities toward open land and distant shores. Perspective moving from group survival toward personal enterprise. Motivation moving from inherited fear toward self-acceptance.

The tribal channel that has carried bonding, food and belonging, 49-19, is on the way out of the background frequency. What comes in through 20-34 is charisma, busyness, and doing your own thing. My concern for Projectors moving into that field is specific: it is very easy to burn out inside energy that isn’t yours, and the people most at risk are the ones who don’t know this about themselves yet.

Health, in that context, stops being compliance with a protocol built for an average person who doesn’t exist, and becomes the ordinary work of operating your own vehicle correctly.

If you want to go further

The Aligned Health Labs is the twelve-week group where we take this apart chart by chart: Primary Health System foundations, Variable mapping, Rave Psychology, codon mapping, and a health blueprint built from your own intake in your own words. Small cohorts, every session recorded and searchable, and a refund window if it turns out not to be right for you. Dates, pricing and the current cohort are all on that page.

If you’d rather work one to one first, my Primary Health System reading decodes this layer for your own chart.
