Sex and the Generator

The Sacral Center is the center of sexuality in the Human Design system. And since every Generator has a defined Sacral, the Generator's relationship with sexuality is uniquely shaped by the most powerful motor in the design — a motor that responds, that knows, that doesn't lie even when the mind is confused.

Sex and the Generator is Ra Uru Hu's dedicated transmission on this territory. It's a frank, mechanics-based exploration of what correct Generator sexuality looks like — and, more relevantly for most students, what incorrect Generator sexuality creates in terms of conditioning, depletion, and relationship dynamics.

Ra addresses the Sacral's response in intimate contexts: the uh-huh yes that lights up in genuine attraction and connection, the uhn-uhn no that the conditioned Generator has often learned to override in favor of what the mind deems appropriate, safe, or expected. When the Generator ignores the Sacral's sexual response, the consequences are specific and Ra describes them without euphemism.

The course also addresses Generator conditioning in relationships — the tendency to take on partners' undefined Centers, to amplify and reflect energy that isn't their own, and how this creates confusion about genuine desire and correct intimacy. This is accessible, grounded, and essential for Generators navigating intimate relationships.
