A transit conditions wherever you have openness: most simply an entire Center that's undefined in your own chart, but an open gate or channel inside an otherwise defined Center picks it up too. Defined, with the gate itself activated, runs its own steady theme regardless of what the sky is doing.
Throat
An undefined Throat has no consistent voice of its own; how you speak changes with the company you keep. The conditioning theme is trying to attract attention: talking to be noticed, interrupting, or acting under pressure to prove you exist. Healthy, the undefined Throat waits to be invited into conversation and can become a gifted, versatile communicator.
Heart (Will)
An undefined Heart has no consistent willpower of its own, and no fixed sense of self-worth. Around defined Hearts it amplifies will energy and then overcommits, promising more than it can sustainably deliver. The core conditioning theme is proving: working harder, promising bigger, and undervaluing yourself to demonstrate worth that was never actually in question.

About 70% of today’s field belongs to Gate 45 and Gate 26, the Sun carrying one and the Earth the other. Gate 45 line 6 is a steward of resources viewed from the roof: the tribe’s material direction, held by someone no longer down in the daily distribution of it. Gate 26 line 6 is the same elevation applied to self-worth: a track record long enough that it no longer needs to be argued for, only pointed to.
Both gates begin their working life much closer to the ground. Gate 45 spends its early years learning what the tribe actually needs and how resources really move through it. Gate 26 spends its early years learning how to sell, spin, and selectively remember, whatever keeps the numbers looking right. The sixth line changes the vantage point on both without changing the subject matter. Past a certain point, the gathering and the persuading stop being performed live. They become a record other people can check.
Authority today rests on history rather than on the current pitch. A company, a leader, a streak, a habit: something old enough now that its case makes itself, and the people around it are checking the record instead of waiting for a new argument. There is a distinct feeling of being looked to as an example, sometimes before you have agreed to the role.
Treating the roof as a place you climbed to permanently is the trap on a 45.6 / 26.6 day, or worse, posing as though you are already there when the record underneath you is still thin. The sixth line’s objectivity is earned by having actually gone through the material first, not by adopting the detachment early to skip the part where it was hard. Distance without history reads as coldness.
Notice where the rest of the field sits. The transit completes 45-21 on its own, Saturn anchoring Gate 21 beneath the Sun’s Gate 45: control and discipline backing the gathering, the kind of restraint that keeps resources directed rather than merely held. 17-62 is also live, Neptune in Gate 17 meeting Jupiter in Gate 62, the pull toward detail and correct expression that keeps doubt manageable. The Nodes sit at 55.3 and 59.3, spirit and bonding, still working their material at the trial-and-error third line, close to the ground exactly where Sun and Earth are elevated. Pluto sits in Gate 41 line 4, a feeling that starts new cycles through outside influence, seeding what the next long process will be about.
