Manifestor

This is the Manifestor lecture from Ra Uru Hu's Type series, one video of about half an hour. Manifestors are about 9 percent of people: an undefined Sacral, with a motor connected to the Throat. In Ra's framing the Manifestor is the one Type designed to act independently of response, and this lecture is about what that independence asks of the Manifestor and of everyone around one. Ra was a Manifestor himself, so you are hearing the mechanics described from inside the aura.

The Manifestor aura is closed and repelling. It holds other people at a distance, which gives the Manifestor room to move, and it is also why the people around a Manifestor so often feel caught off guard or pushed aside by what the Manifestor does. The Strategy is to inform: before acting, tell the people the action will affect. Informing lowers the resistance that the closed aura provokes, so the initiative meets less opposition.

The Signature is peace and the not-self theme is anger. I give Manifestors one signpost: if you are chronically angry rather than peaceful, go back to experimenting with informing. In my teaching I trace much of that anger to childhood. Many Manifestor children were told what to do, controlled and asked to fit in when they were born to stand out. That is why I recommend this lecture to the parents and partners of Manifestors as much as to Manifestors.

I also place this Type in history for my students. For most of human history Manifestors held the lead. Since the Projector arrived in 1781, the Manifestor's energy to initiate has had to be guided by awareness and correctness, where it once ran on force.
