Projector

This is the Projector lecture from Ra Uru Hu's Type series: one video of about half an hour on the aura, the Strategy and the Signature of the Type that makes up roughly a fifth of humanity. I am a Projector. Human Design reached me in 2012 because someone looked at my chart, saw the Projector aura, and told me I needed to know this. For a Projector who has just had that moment, this lecture is where I would start, ahead of the longer Projector courses.

The Projector aura is focused and absorbing. It goes into the other person, which is how a Projector comes to see so much about the way someone else uses their energy. The same focus reads as intrusion when nobody asked for it. That is the mechanical reason for the Strategy, waiting for the invitation. Recognition comes first, and the invitation is what lets the guidance land where it can be used. Most of the world around a Projector runs on Sacral energy, so the pull to skip that step is constant.

A Projector has no defined Sacral, and the way I put it to students is that we never know when enough is enough. I am an emotional energy Projector, and that one gave me years of chronic fatigue before I understood it. Projectors are here to guide how energy is used, and a Projector who works like a Generator burns out. The Signature is success, and the not-self theme is bitterness, the taste of offering what nobody invited.

The question I give Projectors is who is the other? A conditioned Projector keeps asking who am I, over and over. The experiment turns the focus outward, onto the person in front of you, and success comes through the right others. The lecture treats the Projector as one Type, and at that level it is exact.
