A transit conditions wherever you have openness: most simply an entire Center that's undefined in your own chart, but an open gate or channel inside an otherwise defined Center picks it up too. Defined, with the gate itself activated, runs its own steady theme regardless of what the sky is doing.

Both Gate 15 line 4 and Gate 10 line 4 work through the people already around them rather than through open competition, which tracks: the Sun and Earth carry roughly 70% of today’s field between them, and this is where they’re carrying it from.
Gate 15’s fourth line takes the wide range of human rhythm it holds and channels it outward through influence rather than force, the kind of pull that comes from being known and trusted inside a network rather than from being loudest in a crowd. Gate 10’s fourth line does the same with correct behavior: it opportunizes, using existing relationships to bring the right conduct to a wider stage than it could reach standing alone.
Neither gate is being opportunistic in a cynical sense here. The fourth line’s whole method is that influence travels through bonds that already exist, and pretending otherwise just slows down something that was always going to move through a relationship anyway.
A door opened today because of who was standing near it, not because a competitive process had ranked every option first. An old connection turned out to be exactly the route something needed. A mediator, a colleague, a friend of a friend, carried a result that direct negotiation could not reach on its own.
The trap here is confusing the network doing the work with the network being owed something disproportionate for having done it, or assuming that because a connection made a thing possible, the connection now controls it. What the fourth line opens, it doesn’t automatically get to keep.
Underneath, the Nodes hold in Gate 55 line 2 and Gate 59 line 2, the longer story running under today’s networking. The transit still completes 17-62, with Neptune in Gate 17 line 1 and Mercury in Gate 62 line 4 organizing what gets said into something others can actually accept, and 20-10, with Uranus in Gate 20 line 4 keeping the correct behavior of the day a little unpredictable. Pluto continues to press from Gate 41 line 4, the same felt pressure to begin something before all the pieces are confirmed.
