The Reflector is the mirror of the Human Design system, and the rarest of the five types: about 1% of people are designed this way. Where everyone else has something fixed inside to navigate by, you have something better suited to your actual job — total openness, and a relationship with the Moon.
The mechanics: what makes a Reflector
In the bodygraph, a Reflector has no defined centers at all. All nine — from the Head down through the Sacral to the Root — are open. Every other type is built around at least one center that runs the same way for life; you’re built around none.
That doesn’t make you empty. It makes you a sampler. Your aura is resistant and sampling: unlike the Projector’s penetrating focus or the Generator’s open embrace, yours has a protective, non-stick quality — it tastes the aura of whoever is present, reflects it back, and lets it go.
